Client Management Guide

This guide provides a step-by-step explanation for managing clients in the application, including adding clients, viewing client details, and exporting client information.

Managing Clients

The “Clients” screen provides options for managing your client list:

  • Use the Import button to bulk upload client data from a file (e.g., CSV).
  • Click the Export button to download client data for external use.
  • Filter clients by Date Added or search using the search bar.

Adding a New Client

To add a new client, follow these steps:

  • Click the + Add Client button located at the top left of the “Clients” screen.
  • Fill in the required fields in the “Add Client” form, including:
    • Client Name (required)
    • Email
    • Country and Mobile Number
    • Optional fields such as Gender, Client Category, and Profile Picture.
  • In the “Company Details” section, add information such as the company name, official website, and contact details.
  • Click Save to finalize the client creation.

Viewing Client Details

Once a client has been added, you can view their detailed profile by clicking on the client name in the “Clients” table.

  • The profile includes sections for Profile Info, Projects, Invoices, and more.
  • Key client details such as Email, Company Name, and Language are displayed for quick reference.
  • Visualizations, like pie charts for invoices, provide additional insights.

Tips for Effective Client Management

  • Ensure mandatory fields are filled when adding a new client to avoid errors.
  • Regularly update client information to maintain accurate records.
  • Use the export feature for backups or external analysis.
